So on a less serious, but wonderful note... I thought I would let everyone know whats been going on in my life.

Well I have spent the past month of my time:

Working at my job at Holmes for Her which I will be leaving this up coming Saturday. :( I love my job and I'm gona miss everybody, but I get to work at Christmas. :) I love making things... so lately I have been working on a lot of little projects... like painting everything I can get my hands on. Going to the doctor for shots ( I got for in one day... ouch) and the dentist which by the way I have to go back for a visit tomorrow because I have one itsy bitsy cavity. Also I've been preparing for the Yard Sale & BBQ I had this past Saturday and the Lord provided abundantly! $2,600.00 was raised!! Yay! The Lord is good!

I've been spending a lot of time with my amazing friends! Two weeks ago me and my friend Brian went to Little River Canyon. It was so much fun! We stopped and bought beef jerkey on the side of the road on the way there. We jumped off rocks, and played in the water fall.We walked forever on big boulders, and we finally stopped and it was the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen. In a distance the trees, water, and rocks mixed with a little fog looked like painting. I fell a lot on all the rocks because I'm very clumsy. All in all it was the best swimming trip ever! On the way back we stopped at my friend Ross' house and played frisbee and ate the most wonderful pizza with everyone.

Yesterday everybody played Ultimate frisbee at the park. It was extremely hot. My team never won, but It was much fun! Then we went to the other park and cooled off in the fountain. It is by far the best thing Cedartown has ever done! If you live near by I encourage you to experience it for yourself. :)

Sunday night I spent the night at the hospital with my mom. Her best friend, Melissa passed away. She has been battling cancer for a couple of years. She was an amazing woman. She never cursed God for her circumstance. She was truly a pillar of righteousness! She has two children. Please pray for her family and friends.

Also I have been reading the best book ever over the past week. I came across it at heaven's attic when I was actually looking for another book that they ended up not having. But anyway it is called "Always Enough" by Rolland & Heidi Baker. They are missionaries in Mozambique. I plan on finishing the last chapter tonight. I included passages in the newsletter. I encourage everybody to read that book!

Until the next time...have a blessed nite

Ashley
